You May Not:

3. License Plans

Single Site License

Valid for one website/domain and includes updates and support during the active license period.

Multi-Site License

Valid for the number of websites specified in the purchased plan and includes updates and support during the active license period.

Unlimited License

Allows usage on unlimited websites owned or managed by the license holder and includes updates and support during the active license period.

Lifetime License

Lifetime licenses provide access to updates and support for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

4. Product Updates

Theme Junction continuously improves its products through bug fixes, feature enhancements, performance improvements, and compatibility updates. While we strive to maintain and update products regularly, we do not guarantee updates indefinitely. Product updates are available according to the purchased license plan.

5. Support Policy

We provide support for customers with valid licenses.

Support Includes:

• Installation assistance
• Setup guidance
• Bug reporting
• Product-related technical issues

Support Does Not Include:

• Custom development
• Design modifications
• Third-party plugin conflicts
• Server administration

Our support team aims to respond promptly, although response times may vary during weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.

6. Refund Policy
